We have looked after homes in western Gothenburg since 2003. Our staff stay with us for seven years on average.
Collective agreement terms, occupational pension and insurance. Your hours are fixed and do not disappear from one week to the next.
You work together, with the same clients, with your own service vehicle and equipment. No driving alone between unfamiliar addresses.
You work with colleagues who know the job and want to stay. Those who want more responsibility get the chance.
The work happens on weekdays, during the day. No nights, no constant weekends.
Experience is welcome but not required. If you want to learn the craft properly, we will teach you.
Many have had their first Swedish job with us. You do not need perfect Swedish on day one. The language comes along the way.
We have no advertised vacancies at the moment. We are still glad to receive a spontaneous application. We grow continuously, and when we need someone we always start with those who have already been in touch.
