Yes, we always follow the washing instructions if they are available. If washing instructions are missing, we recommend the best possible treatment based on our extensive knowledge.

Most stains can be treated. We have the right knowledge and material to remove most stains and treat each garment individually for the best results. However, we only know after washing whether the stain goes away or not.

We offer express dry cleaning in 3 hours, with the reservation that difficult stains may require longer treatment time. Normal washing time is 3-5 days.

The stitching in the garment can be damaged by dry cleaning. We treat all garments according to instructions and if any defects occur, the retailer should be contacted for a complaint.

No, we are proud to say that we recieve very few complaints. We wash almost 10,000 garments a week and receive a few complaints a year.

No, you don’t need to be home for the home cleaning. You can leave the key in one of our stores or just be home to let the cleaners in. Any keys and code locks are only visible in the electronic schedule at the time the cleaning starts. The keys are marked with a number that applies to the occasion. We have a good security system.

Yes, we always send the same cleaner. There are always two cleaners in each team so if one is sick you will still have a familiar face at home.

We can of course tidy up for you, but it’s always good if you simplify it by removing the things from the floors. The fewer things we need to tidy up, the faster the cleaning process goes.
