Iyad runs the day to day for the cleaning teams. He plans the resources, talks to customers and to staff, and his work is what lies behind the same two people reaching the same home each visit. Nearly ten years in cleaning himself means he knows how long things take, which is hard to guess at. His starting point is to look for a way to say yes, but he also says so when something cannot be solved.
