What Home Service and Housekeeping cost depends on the size of your home, how often we come and which services you want. You get a concrete arrangement with a price after a free home visit. If you book home cleaning, you get the price and time confirmed by 5 pm the next working day. Prices for individual services such as dry cleaning and tailoring are in the price list.

RUT is the Swedish tax deduction for household services. It covers 50% of the labour cost, up to an annual limit per person. Home cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, eco laundry and clothing repairs qualify. We deduct it directly on the invoice, so you pay the reduced amount and never have to file anything yourself.

No, you do not need to be home when we come. Most of our clients are not home while we work. We usually hold keys and alarm codes, stored securely and labelled so they cannot be traced to an address by anyone else. This applies to cleaning, window cleaning and our other work in the home.

If you are not satisfied, you tell us, and we come back within 24 hours and redo what was not right. Our aim is never to end up there, but if it happens we take responsibility.

Subcontractors never work in your home — it is always our own employees. We run our own laundry and our own tailoring workshop. For shoe repairs we work with a master shoemaker, and particularly delicate carpets are cleaned by our specialist partner. In those cases we set the quality requirements, carry the responsibility towards you, and you receive one invoice from us.

Yes, we use documented cleaning products chosen for low environmental impact and safety around children, pets and people with allergies. We also adapt to your preferences.

We work in Askim, Hovås, Billdal, Kullavik and Särö, and further in northern Kungsbacka, on Näset, in Långedrag and in central Gothenburg. Our store is in Nya Hovås. Three ways, and you get everything back the same way: at our store on Krogabäcksvägen 12 in Nya Hovås, through your home service visit, or at one of our pick-up/drop-off points at more than 70 workplaces around Gothenburg. Bulky items such as large carpets are best brought to the store.

The store is open weekdays 07:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–15:00, closed Sundays. It is at Krogabäcksvägen 12 in Nya Hovås, next to the ICA supermarket.

As often as you like: every week, every other week, or one-off occasions such as deep cleaning and move-out cleaning. We set a schedule that fits your household, and change it when your needs change.

Yes, you get the same two people every time. For recurring cleaning that team gets to know your home, and if someone is away you are told who is coming instead. We do not send randomly assigned staff.

Home Cleaning is the cleaning on its own. Home Service combines cleaning with bed service, laundry, tailoring and seasonal work into one ongoing relationship. Housekeeping takes over the whole. Many start with Home Cleaning and grow into Home Service when they want to hand over more. Read about the levels.

Yes, that is the whole point of it. We go through the property thoroughly, not just what is visible, and leave it ready for inspection or for the new owners.

We have our own laundry and handle household laundry, dry cleaning, shirt service and pressing. Laundry is collected during the cleaning visit or picked up separately, and comes back finished.

There are no lock-in periods. You can cancel or pause at any time with one month’s notice.

How quickly we can start depends on the arrangement. Home Cleaning normally starts within two weeks. For larger arrangements the home visit happens within five working days, and we start delivering one to three weeks after that, depending on what you prefer.

We come to your home, walk through it with you and listen to how your everyday life works. You get a price indication the same day or the day after. The visit is free and comes with no obligation.

How long it takes depends on the garment and the treatment. You get an estimate when you drop it off, and we contact you as soon as it is ready.

We dry clean most things: suits, formal wear, outerwear, down, curtains, tablecloths, pillows and duvets. Also suede, fur and leather, which are treated with a separate method. We assess delicate garments in the store before starting.

RUT applies to eco laundry, and we deduct it directly on the invoice. The price list shows both price levels side by side.

Yes, we can collect the laundry. As a Home Service client we take it with us at our visits, and we have pick-up/drop-off points at more than 70 workplaces around Gothenburg. Otherwise you are welcome at the store in Nya Hovås.

You drop your shirts off in the store, through your home service visit or at your workplace. We wash and hand-press them in our own laundry, with stain removal when needed, and return them on hangers or folded. Available as a subscription or per item.

How long an alteration takes depends on the work. You get an estimate when you drop the garment off, and we contact you as soon as it is ready.

No, you do not need an appointment. Come by the store during opening hours and we will take a look at the garment right away. If a fitting is needed we do it on the spot.

The RUT deduction, the Swedish tax relief for household services, applies to tailoring when clothes are altered or repaired. It does not apply to new production, such as curtain sewing. We deduct it directly on the invoice.

Yes, curtains and other made-to-measure sewing. Bring measurements and fabric to the store, or start by asking us for advice.

Most shoes are worth repairing, but not all. Bring them to the store and we will give you an honest assessment before anything is started. We repair what is worth repairing.

Yes, we use original parts and original methods for branded shoes, including Crockett & Jones, R.M. Williams and Bally, from heels to full resoling.

Yes: straps, locks, stitching and repairs on bags and leather details, as well as belts, golf shoes and riding boots.

It depends on the material and size of the carpet. You get an estimate at pick-up or drop-off, and we contact you when it is ready.

Yes, we clean genuine hand-knotted carpets, and the material and the knotting determine the method. Particularly delicate or large carpets are cleaned by our specialist partner. The quality requirements and the responsibility are the same.

Rag rugs can be cleaned as eco laundry, and then RUT applies. The price list shows when it is applicable.

No, you do not have to bring the carpet in yourself, because pick-up and delivery are included. We are happy to receive very large and unwieldy carpets at the store if that suits you better.

How often windows need cleaning varies, and most choose spring and autumn. If you live near the sea or on a busy road, more often may be needed.

Yes, window cleaning in the home qualifies for RUT, and we deduct it directly on the invoice.

Yes, windows with glazing bars are fine, as are special windows and glazed sections. It affects the time and therefore the price, as shown in the price list.
