Magnus founded Downstairs in 2003 as a laundry. The cleaning and the home service grew out of it, which is why the laundry and the tailoring workshop are parts of the company rather than services bought in. He brought the garment trade with him, and the habit of reading fabric and stitching. He has more than twenty years in laundry and cleaning, and spends his time on the staff and the customers, looking for the solution that works both ways.
