Yes, in most cases, a repair can make your shoes feel like new again. As long as the leather isn’t damaged, the shoes can usually be repaired.

Q: How much does it cost to repair shoes?

The price varies depending on the shoe and the damage to the shoe. To get a price, come in with your shoes/boots and show them to us.

Q: Do you get many complaints?

No, we are proud to say that we recieve very few complaints. We wash almost 10,000 garments a week and receive a few complaints a year.

Q: Can my clothes be damaged by dry cleaning?

The stitching in the garment can be damaged by dry cleaning. We treat all garments according to instructions and if any defects occur, the retailer should be contacted for a complaint.

Q: How long does dry cleaning take?

We offer express dry cleaning in 3 hours, with the reservation that difficult stains may require longer treatment time. Normal washing time is 3-5 days.

Q: Do all stains go away?

Most stains can be treated. We have the right knowledge and material to remove most stains and treat each garment individually for the best results. However, we only know after washing whether the stain goes away or not.
